Timothy matheson, m.d.

Dr. Matheson graduated with his M.D. from Saba Medical School of Medicine in 2006 and started his practice in 2008, after completing his Family Medicine residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax.

 

Prior to that, he worked for a number of years with the Federal Government of Canada in various administrative and management positions. While working with the Federal Government, he also completed Graduate work in Counselling through Acadia University in Wolfville.

 

His practice covers a wide variety of clinical areas, with particular interests in Chronic and Infectious Diseases, Hospital Medicine, Small Procedures and Psychological Ailments. In recent years, he has also started offering services in Aesthetic Medicine.

 

His work is split between his office in Bedford and a small practice that he runs in Windsor, Nova Scotia, while working in that community as a hospitalist.
